INCREDIBLE RARE DRESS FROM THE 1920S. FEATURES CASCADING RUFFLES WHICH CREATE A BEAUTIFUL TEXTURE. WE LOVE THE HAND PAINTED FLORAL PRINT OVER WHAT APPEARS TO BE SILK OR RAYON. LOOKS GREAT LAYERED OVER TROUSERS OR UNDER A TEE.
