SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Uk orders will be sent via tracked delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days from date the parcel is dropped off. International postage will be sent via ups or royal mail.

We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shown to be delivered.

Customs / duty

We are based in northern ireland which means that there are special trading arrangements with the european union. Orders sent within the european union will not be subject to custom charges / import tax. Anything outside of the uk and european union may be subject import tax and custom charges.

The amount of tax for a specific country depends on the local gst/vat, in addition to the type of item and its value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

Returns

No returns unless an item does not match the description provided.
